Penthouse in Sant Cugat del Valles

Year: 2021 Area: 60 m2

Terrace on the top floor of the penthouse, where we were commissioned to create a space for a self-sufficient kitchen and living area for adults and children.

The space is divided into two distinct areas, one for outdoor dining and kitchen, with gas barbecue, sink, storage compartments and fridge.

In the other space a Saxun Bioclimatic pergola was chosen for sun and rain protection with the advantage of being able to have the furniture with the cushions outside all year round.

The flooring combined porcelain tiles in the kitchen area, technological wood in the pergola area and another artificial grass area where the children can play.

As in all TOTEXTERIOR projects, lighting is of vital importance to create a welcoming atmosphere and enjoy different scenarios.
