General reform of the garden of single-family house in which it was taken into account not to overload the decoration giving a minimalist touch to the whole space.

In the reform of the exterior of this villa a swimming pool was installed with saline chlorination system, solarium in bamboo wood and fountain taking advantage of the integration of the pool machine room forming a decorative geometry.

The entrance was modified making a great earthwork for the construction of a parking lot for two cars. The land was leveled by making a retaining wall with sleepers for subsequent planting of grass variety zoycia low maintenance and with its proper irrigation system.
